I wanted to share with you a small summary of some of my favourite things this week, from skincare products I have been loving to, what I have been wearing on my feet. I was thinking of doing a small series, sharing all sorts of things that I have been trying and loving, like a smaller, more condensed monthly favourites maybe?
Teddy bear slipper socks – Primark £3.00
These have saved my tootsies lately, a lot of the downstairs flooring in my house is tile, so slippers or socks are a must, especially in the winter. I saw a white version of these back in December but I figured they’d end up looking grubby pretty quick! If you have dogs you’ll what it’s like spending the whole of winter mopping up muddy little paw-prints. When I saw they were available in a grey, I just had to buy them (obviously!) What do you think?
Printed iPhone 6 standard case – £24.99 casetify
How perfect is this phone case? It is even nicer in real life, it contain a few of my favourite things such as ice cream, candy floss and of course popcorn (especially the sweet AND salted variety!) I was impressed at how fast Casetify shipped this out, there’s so many amazing, incredible designs to choose from you’ll be there all night umm-ing and ahh-ing, I know I was. This case feels so tough, yet it’s lovely and light, I can’t stand thick cases that makes my phone feel heavy to use! It’s nice for my phone to be protected and look cute at the same time, the standard case has actually been dropped from a four foot height onto solid concrete (eek) I daren’t test that theory right now, but being the world’s biggest klutz, I am sure I will find out for myself soon enough!
Elemis cleansing oil £29.50
This has worked wonders on my skin, I was really apprehensive at first about applying an oil to my sensitive, oily t-zone prone skin, for some reason I thought that oil + greasy skin = breakouts galore. I was so wrong, I have loved using this, this past week to remove my make up, my skin has felt so soft and hydrated afterwards, no breakouts to be seen anywhere! I used to use their cleansing balm but after using this, it feels too thick for me, this is the perfect cleanser in-between a cleansing balm and a micellar water, the ease and quickness of a micellar water, with the nourishing, luxurious feel of a cleansing balm, only a lot more fluid. Will you be trying this cleansing oil out?

That phone case is adorable! Did you use castify.com? the one that ships from the US or is there like another site where you can get it from? I am looking to get a cute Iphone case for my sister, I have one from skinnydip myself (with little bats on it) but I think these would suit my sister more.

Aww these slippers are so cute and such a bargain for £3! I used to be put off by facial oils too as my skin is so oily, but I’m so glad it turned out to just be a beuaty myth. The good thing about slipper socks is that you can easily throw them in the wash whenever they need a little refresh. I have two pairs and I wash one pair every week.
