It’s probably no surprise to regular readers of this blog that I am obsessed with home ware products. So when TK Maxx asked me to create a dining experience I jumped at the chance. There’s currently extra big deliveries of b-e-a-utiful homeware products being delivered into store so if you’re planning on entertaining guests, or just want to stock up on some beautiful items from your home then make sure you don’t miss out. I will be hosting a competition to win £100 gift card to help you on your way!
Keen to make the most of the homeware offering as quickly as possible, I headed into the store, and made a bee-line straight for the homeware department, I saw a gorgeous set up of this white, wooden serving cart I had no idea that I needed. I instantly fell in love with it, I asked a member of staff, if they wouldn’t mind reserving it for me because TK Maxx don’t store products in their stock rooms, what you see is literally what they have, and once it’s gone it’s gone. I simply had to have this beautiful cart, it was just so me.
I could continue shopping in peace knowing that, that little gem wasn’t going anywhere!
I feel like there’s always something for everybody in TK Maxx, to suit everyone’s personality. I had so much fun choosing all these products, and even more fun putting it together and hosting breakfast… Here are the lovely products I decided to use and decorate my breakfast cart with…
First up… some flowers for decoration. I chose a bunch of pink and peach silk roses, along with some silk hydrangeas to add a pop of colour to the table. Next up these gorgeous glass tumbler’s, full of fresh orange.. I love how dainty they are, the gold rim is stunning! I feel like they look a lot more expensive than they were.
I couldn’t believe just how affordable everything was without breaking the bank, I think I got some pretty beautiful bargains don’t you? I mean just look at these gorgeous mint, and gold polka dot breakfast bowls. Almost too pretty for cereal, am I right?!
I found this beautiful pastel pink ceramic dish to serve strawberries in, along with a similar jug. I couldn’t decide to fill it with more fresh orange or double cream for the strawberries. From pretty pastels, to ornaments of white rabbits covered in polka dots as a table decoration, I feel like TK Maxx just gets me, okay? Sorry not sorry, he was a total steal and fits in with my home decor perfectly.
A shabby chic ceramic toast rack, looking pretty on the table.
Cosy breakfast feels.
And breakfast was served! What do you think of my homeware haul? My guests certainly loved it!
Do you have a favourite product? Mine has to be the cart, it’s perfect. I know I will get so much use out of it! I am happy with every single item I chose, there all me down to a T!
Let me know what you find when you head into your local store?
