It was my birthday on Monday, I took some photo’s to document the day.
I had a lovely day with my family and friends celebrating with gifts, and food, so much food.I am in love with this vanilla and wild daisy scented candle I received from one of my friends, it also introduced me to a new brand I had never heard of before… I have’t yet looked into if Katie Loxton sells than beautiful candles but the design is right up my street, from the clean white packaging to the pretty gold font, not to mention the scent is incredible! How pretty are these baby pink lilies and white roses? You can’t beat a bouquet of fresh flowers…Blooming’ beautiful. Sorry not sorry. The bloggers holy grail… Pixi glow tonic, I was so excited when I opened this as I had been wanting to try it for so long. I had no idea it was actually stocked in my local Marks & Spencers store, amazing! I will be excited to see what this does to my skin over the next few weeks, I have read so many reviews raving about this stuff, if you’ve tried it please let me know your thoughts in the comments. One of my favourite little gifts was this guy, a Disney Tsum Tsum plushie, he’s supposed to be a Muppets character but apparently it looked like a sausage dog, cute!I was over the moon with this beautiful Agent Provocateur perfume one of the presents off my lovely mum, what a beautiful scent. I kept sniffing my wrists all day, not weird at all… the bottle looks lovely on my bedside table too! I am such a sucker for a pretty perfume bottle. Just me?This snap was taken from my instagram (milkbubbleteablog if you’d like to follow me!) What is a birthday without cake? My local favourite cake maker, made me this stunning rainbow cake, it is literally the best cake I have ever tasted, it’s so light and the buttercream frosting is just perfect. I can’t stop eating it! I keep dishing slices out to my friends and family, cake galore.
Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday on instagram, twitter, text message and facebook, I loved reading all your messages 🙂 it really meant a lot. After a jam-packed day I was happy to chill out last night and catch up on the latest episode of Broadchurch and Made in Chelsea! Could anyone else listen to David Tennant, saying the word ‘miller’ over and over again on loop forever? Because same.
