What’s on my iPhone 6? Here are my top 8 apps that I’ve been loving recently. I wanted to share with you something a little different from the usual social media apps you see!
1. Balanced (price: free)
Balanced is such a cute app, I love the look and feel of it but mainly what it does. It’s like a diary of what really matters. It allows you to set personal goals that overall should make you happier. There are lots of sections such appreciation, fitness, confidence, etc they contain things like set a reminder to… call an old friend, uncluttered my life, be thankful, cook something new and the likes! You can then swipe across to mark them as ‘done’ once you complete them.
2. Topshop (price: free)
Instead of opening a browser every morning to see What’s new in, I just use the app these days, much quicker and simpler. I love that you can scroll through the products in a list format too, any excuse to shop, sorry bank balance!
3. Disney Tsum Tsum (price: free)
Possibly the cutest game of all time? Who knows. I’ve been dying to buy myself one of the Tsum Tsum plushies…but which one would I pick (all of them probably) This is quite an addictive game too, perfect to waste time when you’re supposed be working or doing important things…oops.
4. Word Search puzzles (price: free)
I’ll hold my hands up, I absolutely love doing word searches, insert old lady emoji here. There’s something really relaxing about them I think. This is one of my favourite apps to use, I’m always doing them!
So you have probably seen those colouring books going around, you know the ones for adults and not kids, I featured one on my blog a little while ago. Well, I found the app version and it’s probably the best thing I’ve had on my iPhone in a long time. I love that you just tap to colour in…there’s a undo button, it shows you your last three used colours, you can zoom so you don’t fill in the wrong section. I’ve spent way too long playing with this, it’s so satisfying!
6. Plant Nanny (price: free)
Plant Nanny is an app designed to remind you to drink water, the first time I downloaded this app, I killed my little plant. Yes you read that right, I managed to kill an electronic plant. I guess I need to drink way more water.
7. Netflix (price: free)
I never thought I’d be one for watching Netflix on my iPhone 6, after watching it on my TV, or my laptop but I actually like watching an episode or two of something in bed on my phone, it’s a lot easier than lugging my Macbook onto the bed. What about you, would you watch it on your phone?
8. Pacer (price: free)
Pacer is a pedometer I’ve been using lately, I really like how it runs in the background so I don’t have to have the app open in order for it to count my steps throughout the day. What can I say? Maybe I’m easily pleased.
What apps have you been using and loving recently? Let me know in the comments 🙂 I hope you enjoyed this post instead of me just naming the usual instagram and twitter apps, although I do use them daily too!
