Pretty in pink!
It’s no secret that I love pink, (I mean you just have to take one look at my blog or Instagram) Whether it’s a dusky pink powder blush or a bright fuschia lip, my make up bag contains all shades of pink and nude hues. I recently received some lovely “galentines” day packages one even included a By Terry blusher and a heart-shaped box of Godiva chocolates (seriously dreamy) which you may have spotted over on my Instagram?
I haven’t had a chance to try out the By Terry lipstick in the shade ‘dragon pink’ just yet, but the moment I finished photographing the By Terry ‘nude dance’ blusher and made sure I was happy with the photos (blogger problems) I applied it instantly. It has such a smooth, luminous finish, and it doesn’t settle into my pores which I love! It’s incredibly long lasting too which I’m impressed with because I have been disappointed with other high-end brands previously, but this beauty doesn’t budge.
This (award-winning) Enamored hi-shine lipgloss (£22.00) in the shade ‘allow me’ is my first Marc Jacobs beauty product. I love that it’s not tacky or sticky on the lips as that is always a worry for me when buying a gloss as opposed to a lipstick. As someone who has dry lips, the last thing I need is something that highlights my chapped lips. This lipgloss applies smooth and stays smooth. I didn’t expect it to have a mint scent, but it doesn’t bother me, it’s not overpowering in the slightest.
I have always loved Paul & Joe Beaute ever since they released the super cute cat-shaped lipsticks. The brand is so sweet and fun with its products and packaging. I feel like their quirky packaging feels high-end but with a purse friendly price tag. This blusher (£12.50*) in the shade ‘loving tulip’ adds a shimmery pop of colour. Isn’t the packaging adorable?
Last but not least this Stila Aqua glow watercolour blush (£20.00*) Stila is fast becoming a favourite brand of mine, over Christmas, I received them ‘stay all day’ liquid lipstick set, and I was obsessed finally a matte lipstick that was super creamy and didn’t settle into lip lines or crack, I keep meaning to check out their other shades. So I was super excited to try out this blush, in the shade ‘rosewater.’ I was not disappointed, the water-based formula glides onto the skin beautifully and the best way I can describe it is it gives you that really natural, healthy glow. I will 100% be buying this once this pot runs out, it’s even waterproof.
What do you guys think of my pretty in pink make-up bag additions?

The packaging looks divine! I think I’m in love! ❤️❤️
