Christmas 2019.

First of all Happy New Year! 2019 is here!
So Christmas came and went did anyone else spend the majority of the time eating cheese, chocolates and forgetting what day of the week it was? because same.

It was nice to switch off over the festive period, sitting around in my Pj’s watching films with friends and family or playing games (Linkee is my favourite, have you ever played it?) It’s seriously competitive. I was spoilt rotten as usual this Christmas. One of my favourite gifts was a cream dressing-gown from my dad, it’s from FatFace and I think it might be the softest thing in the world. Yep, you can find me living in that until the middle of February. Cosy AF.
Hot chocolate YSL ChocolatesYSL bookMy lovely boyfriend surprised me with this Nala plush along with tickets to see The Lion King; I am so excited. The Lion King is my favourite Disney film of all time, I am not a massive Disney fan in general but I have loved this film since I was five years old and know it word for word. Such a thoughtful gift.Nala Lion King Disney PlushHe also got me a beautiful rose gold Olivia Burton watch and matching bracelet, but as I have the wrists of a small child it needs a few links removing before I can wear it but I love it!Olivia Burton watch
I was so impressed with the gift wrap from Olivia Burton, the packaging was incredible; everything came in a giant gift bag, wrapped in a bow with tissue paper and a sachet of butterfly-shaped confetti which said ‘Throw kindness around like confetti’ seriously cute.Olivia Burton bracelet

Until I can get the links removed, I don’t want to damage it or even worse lose it, I am wearing the gorgeous matching rose gold bow bracelet instead. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year! We went to York to celebrate New Years Eve so I will be posting a little photo diary from that next!

Thank you for reading x

Merry [belated] Christmas and happy [belated] New Year! I woke up feeling a bit groggy today and haven’t been in the mood to do anything, but your blog post is giving me such good vibes. After catching up with your blog posts, I think I’m going to splash my face with some water, make hot chocolate, and start a new book. // Lion King is such a classic! I’m so excited for the live-action remake :3 // The Olivia Burton packaging is so thoughtful and beautiful! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey’s
