I spent the weekend in Center Parcs, Whinfell forest with my family. I thought I’d share some of my photos with you, apologies they’re not very personal but I like to keep ‘family’ stuff private. The weather was awful, it rained the entire time but we still had fun! As you can see we had lots of little visitors…
In the Village Centre, along with yummy restaurants and bars there was a little shop, more like my kind of heaven. Cath kidston galore, scented candles, cupcake bath bombs and shabby chic home goodies everywhere. How I walked out of here empty handed, I do not know. I wanted to buy the entire shop.

I had really wanted to see a red squirrel all weekend, then as we were packing up and leaving this little guy shows up on the patio table to see us off, isn’t he just the cutest thing ever! I love his little ears haha

Center Parcs is my most favourite place! I have so many lovely memories of going there as a child.. I haven't been for a few years now but my family are thinking about going back again 🙂 It's such a lovely place!! xx

That red squirrel is adorable! I've never seen one of those in Canada. I remember seeing grey ones in Poland, and I thought they were so cute, too.

I love Whinfell forest and I'm off for my second visit at the beginning of the month. Did you use the spa? It was a definite highlight for me, so relaxing! I'm glad you saw a red squirrel, it's fantastic to see them in the wild.
I've never been to Center parks before looks so peaceful. Lovely photos especially the one of the red squirrel. You don't see many of them anymore.
