10 Useful links and tools for bloggers

Iconosquare – A great website for viewing and learning all about Instagram statistics, followers, unfollowers, lists of comments, engagement and so much more. A really handy and interesting little site!

Ifttt.com – I love this website. Ever since Twitter and Instagram stopped being friends! Aka Twitter stopped showing be picture preview when you shared Instagram pictures to Twitter. This app posts your Instagram picture, caption and link directly to Twitter automatically when you post to Instagram. You can also create ‘recipes’ so that your Instagram shares instantly and automatically to Facebook etc etc.
Unroll.me – Your email inbox will thank you big time for this one. I love that you can unsubscribe to whole groups at a time, removing a lot of pesky unwanted subscriptions from your inbox. Yay for a decluttered inbox.
www.cardrescue.com – A website to an app, an absolute lifesaver, for that dreaded moment when your memory card becomes unreadable. Because you thought you’d risk it and remove it ‘unsafely’ aka yank your memory card out of the card reader slot before removing it safely  – don’t act like you don’t. Well this recovers all photos and videos and has worked for me on MANY occasions!
Onlypult – This allows you to schedule instagram posts if that’s what you’re in too, you can also manage up to 20 accounts at a time. You know if you’re the kind of person who has a separate Instagram account named after your dog…. Cough me cough.
Be happy.  This is where you sign up to receive a positive, inspiring quote in your email each day. I like and enjoy little things like this but if you don’t well that’s what unroll me (up there ^) is for!
www.grammarly.com/ – Something I will be using constantly from
now on, I’d been looking for something like this for a while. It’s a site that highlights any spelling, punctuation or grammar errors in your text!

http://www.flickr.com/  – A classic favourite of mine. I love hosting my images on Flickr, much better quality than uploading them from blogger. I think so anyways, the new iPad and iPhone app is pretty snazzy too!

https://bitly.com/ – A website that shortens links for you, for example if you wanted to tweet the URL of something, but it was ridiculously long, this will quickly shorten it for you!

Focus booster  – A super handy app if you have a short attention span and instead of getting things done you stumble into the world of refreshing your social media accounts and watching puppy videos on YouTube. This blocks all of these distractions for 25 minutes at a time so you can really get stuff done!

Wow what fab resources! I'll have to have a go at Onlypult, Grammarly & Ifttt.

Google URL shortener is also great for shorten URL's (as the name might suggest haha). I always use it when tweeting links to my blog posts!
