Since becoming a proud owner of my little (literally miniature) sausage dog Oscar, I have struggled to walk past sausage dog related items and not buy them. Like the time I walked past this floral dachshund shaped door stop in Tesco, did I need a door stop? Nope. Could I leave this cutie on the shelf? No way.
I was over the moon when Brat and Suzie sent me this adorable skater, sausage dog print sweater (link here) It’s so cosy, you’ll often find me at home in leggings, this jumper, my hair in a top knot and Oscar on my knee. Now that it’s August that means summer is almost on it’s way out and I for one cannot wait to embrace the chunky knits, ankle boots, scarves and over sized sweaters. What do you think?
How could I not include a picture of Oscar in this post?! In this photo he is fixated on food, as per usual. Oscar is so adorable, I love that look dogs give you when they want food, it says 'look I'm sitting here staring instead of jumping on you and stealing it, I think you should give me the food now.'.

So cute! And sausage dog themed items are really sweet too. As for stopping when you see dogs in the street- it's often the other way round for me, I get stopped all the time by people wanting to look at my Jack Russell dog! I will be introducing her on my blog sometime in the future 🙂

Aww I love that Sausage Dog door stop, really tempted to pick it up & put it away in a safe place until we move into our new place, it's soooo cute!
