Marc jacobs daisy dream forever review

Ah, Marc jacobs daisy dream forever, you certainly do not disappoint. As usual… Yet another stunning bottle to add to the Marc Jacobs Daisy family, I am sure they just seem to keep getting prettier and prettier, Am I right? I was lucky enough to be sent this beautiful bottle to review, so here are my thoughts on the fragrance…

Marc jacobs daisy dream forever

This fragrance is said to be a deeper version of the original daisy dream, inspired by blue skies, as you can see the bottle is very similar, just a deeper more vibrant blue. I don’t know why but the packaging, the bottle, and the whole look of a fragrance really does influence me quite a lot when purchasing a fragrance.

I like the bottle to look nice, to feel chic and especially when you’re paying a lot of money you want it to feel luxurious to use and look pretty, sitting proudly on your dressing or bedside table. Is this just me? Of course the scent of the fragrance is just as important… Marc jacobs daisy dream forever really is a lot stronger than the original, which I love. I always want my perfume to be long-lasting, who wants the scent to disappear seconds after you have sprayed it? Not me.

This is a really fresh and fruity fragrance, so it is perfect for summer (in my opinion) it’s a really fresh scent which is lovely to wear during the day or night really… but I’d happily have this as my staple day time perfume.  It contains notes of Blackberry, pear and grapefruit, I did tell you it was fruity! It also contains floral notes of blue wisteria, jasmine and lychee.

What do you think of this perfume so far? Would you be interested in trying Marc jacobs daisy dream forever. My love for these perfumes goes back a long way from the original daisy, to Lola etc, etc, you get the gist. Let me know your thoughts in the comments 🙂

I completely agree with you when you say that packaging plays a huge role in which perfume you buy. After all, don’t we want them on display? I have to say though, I do really love this packaging. Marc Jacobs really knows design, that’s for sure.

The scent sounds incredible actually. It’s been some time since I’ve bought a new perfume, but I’ll definitely be testing this one next time I’m out and about.

I saw this at the airport the other day! I think the bottle is gorgeous, it’s a perfect blue. Unfortunately I was in a rush so I didn’t get to have sniff . I am a big fan of fruity scents so I will smell it the next time I pass by a department store. 🙂

That sounds gorgeous – I am in love with fruity fragrances and I go for quite heavy scents as, like you, I want them to last! The bottle always influences me… my current perfume is from Happ and Stahns which comes with a pincushion bottle top – it’s just the cutest thing!!

I don’t think there are any Marc Jacob fragrances that I dislike so I bet this is lovely too! The packaging alone is super cute x

I’m with you on the packaging. I actually tend not to buy a perfume if I don’t like the look of the bottle. It would have to smell pretty damn incredible for me to overlook naff packaging.

Definitely need to try this, glad to hear it’s stronger than the original because that didn’t last as long on me whereas the other Marc Jacob ones last all day!

I am such a big fan of all the Marc Jacobs Daisy Perfumes. I smelt this in store and love how it is sweet yet fresh but not overwhelming. I need to get my hands on a bottle of this, maybe fore my birthday.

The original Daisy is still one of my favourite perfumes! Didn’t really like the first edition of Daisy Dream as it smelt a little too faint. Eager to give this a sniff!
