Lately I have been…

Feeling rather festive, I helped Toms family decorate their tree, I’ve been blasting Christmas songs non stop and drinking endless cups of hot chocolate. We’ve had the first frost of the year here, it was lovely to wake up and see the grass blanketed in white frost. The Christmas tree lights in my village are up and I love seeing lights and Christmas trees lit up in peoples windows, when driving along.
We went for Burgers and did a spot of Christmas shopping, big mistake as everywhere was absolutely packed. I don’t know why but Coca Cola just always seems to taste better out of a glass bottle.
We popped into Fenwick’s to look at all the displays and I drooled over handbags I could never justify or afford.
We went to the Food Hall part of the store, I could have spent ages in this section just looking at all the cute, novelty food. I’m a total sucker for that stuff. How cute are these snowball fight marshmallows!
I love burning scented candles all year round, but especially at Christmas. These Neom Christmas candles* are lovely, they come in a set of two in a lovely gift box. You can find them here

Opening my Yankee Candle advent calendar has been so much fun, I haven’t missed my chocolate one this year that’s for sure. The christmas scents smell absolutely gorgeous too. Are you feeling festive yet?

Oh this is so sweet! I'm really not a festive person, but those decorations are beautiful and it's making me excited to put the christmas tree up this weekend! Also, I am guilty of looking at bags I can't afford in fenwicks too… it's an at least once a week trip. I can't help myself! Same with the food hall, have you seen the cake bit? Oh lawd it's good (and bad, depending on how you look at it!)

I really want to get a non-chocolate advent calendar next year and I'm leaning towards the Yankee Candle one! I love the idea of burning a different little tea light each night leading up to Christmas, it's so festive and cute!
