My cousin and his beautiful bride recently got married at Yorebridge house, a stunning boutique hotel in Wensleydale, the Yorkshire Dales. I sometimes forget just how lucky I am to live so close to such picturesque countryside. It was a small and intimate wedding with just close friends and family, that didn’t stop the atmosphere from being absolutely incredible though. I wanted to share some photographs with you that I took throughout the day starting off with the most breathtaking view…
My dad and I stayed in this stunning cottage just a few minutes up the road from the actual hotel, it was so perfect it looked and felt like something straight out of a period drama. The dress code for the wedding was black tie so everyone was in ball gowns and dinner jackets! I broke my instagram theme to share a personal photo of me in my dress. I was so overwhelmed with the kind comments you all left, and incase anyone was wondering my dress was from TK Maxx, I felt like the red dress lady emoji! 
Congratulations if you made it to the bottom as this was a pretty picture heavy post… sorry about that I think we all know I get a tad carried away when it comes to sharing photographs! We all had such an incredible weekend with our loved ones, we got really, really lucky with the weather too as it only rained a little bit on the evening, when everyone was too busy drinking, eating and dancing away! I already want to make plans to go back to the Yorkshire Dales for another visit as it’s only a short car journey away, I bet it’s even more magical than usual covered in the snow at Christmas time. These photos are gorgeous Becky, and you look absolutely stunning in your red dress! I really miss Yorkshire. We used to go up there a lot before my Grandpa passed away and my Grandma moved down South. But it’s always been one of my favourite places. I need to make plans to go back up there 🙂
