My goals for September

My goals for September. I thought it would be a good idea to do a post about my goals for each month, and the things I want to achieve, that way I might stick to them a little more and I can remind myself on a daily basis. Besides, if I put it down in writing on my blog, then I have to do it. My goals for this month are…My goals for September

2. Drink more water
Every now and again I slip back into my diet coke drinking habit, especially in the summer when the weather is warmer argh. Why does it feel like there is nothing more refreshing than a diet coke and a whole lot of ice? I need to stop this pesky habit again, I always feel heaps better after drinking lots of water, so it’s silly really!

3. Take better care of my skin
Sometimes when I get in so late on an evening, I’m so tired that I can’t be bothered following through with my proper skincare routine. My skin has started to suffer for this, I haven’t a spot in years (thank the lord!) I always get super nervous whenever I get a spot as it takes me back to my horrendous teenager days when my face was covered in acne. So, water combined with better skin care I’m hoping I will see an improvement over the next couple of weeks.

4. Walk more often
I try and walk Oscar most evenings, unless I’m over at Tom’s house… I absolutely love it, even though he barks like crazy at everyone and everything (even small children haha!) I am hoping to fit in a walk on the morning if possible too! I know he would absolutely love it and everyone is always so friendly when walking their dogs, it puts me in a lovely mood for the day 🙂

5. Plan, Prep and Plan!
Tom and I have quite a lot of exciting plans in the pipeline, that I can’t wait to start to plan and organise. Anyone else secretly love planning stuff? haha just me? Ok then. I also have quite a lot of important, yet exciting work commitments coming up, so I will need that weekly planner from my previous post!

6. Get ready for Autumn
I can’t believe just how quickly the weather has changed, we had the heating on full blast last night! I can’t wait for all of the Autumn / Winter coats to come out, light jackets aren’t cutting it right now, I was walking Oscar in my giant parka! I can’t lie, I’m so excited, for knitwear, boots, and bobble hats!

    Definitely need to join you on the water goal! Plus I also LOVE planning. Any excuse to go stationary shopping, I’ll take it!

    I need to drink more water too, ive fallen into a habit of constantly drinking cola now, like i think i have about 5 cans a day, its really bad.

    I need to join you on the water one because I have the exact same problem, just with Coke! Also I hope to start learning to drive in the next year, any tips?

    I really want to be more consistent with my blog this month, August was a bit slow and I have missed posting every day. On another note, I really love using the Shu Uemura Anti/Oxi cleansing oil, it removes all your makeup super quickly and leaves your skin balanced so you can skip a few steps in your routine with any problems.

    I think this is such a lovely idea! I definitely feel more accountable when I share things on my blog. I really love your goals, too! I’m okay on the water front – I actually probably drink too much as I’m always running to the loo! Definitely with you on the skincare front, I need to up my game!
