I finally got my paws on Rupi Kaur’s Milk and Honey, I absolutely adore her poetry she is so real and raw. This is one of the first times in a long times I have gone into a bookstore and bought the actual book, no regrets whatsoever!
Over the Easter weekend, I made a giant Easter meringue nest to enjoy after our sunday roast. I left it in the oven a little bit longer so it was nice and chewy! Then I whipped up some fresh cream, grated a ton of chocolate and threw it all together with some strawberries and mini eggs.Speaking of mini eggs, here’s a mini egg overload cake I made earlier. I am not even joking when I tell you that it took ten packets of them to decorate this cake! Aren’t they just so pretty?
When I was in York, I popped into Primark and bought these Marie cat slippers for just £4.00! I instagram’d them as I usually would… Primark reposted my image and it went crazy! The image got 93,000 odd likes and then appeared on the T.V show Lorraine, Disney slipper madness!
I recently made a really really good, but bad discovery. I nipped into the co-op to buy some things for easter morning breakfast. I am now completely obsessed with these hazelnut chocolate croissants, they are an absolute dream.
If you saw my insta-story, you will have noticed I was lucky enough to see the incredible Ed Sheeran on his Divide tour, at the o2 in Newcastle on Wednesday. I can honestly say it was the best gig I have ever been to, what a man, Ed was flawless. Before we went, I popped to Ikea (as you do!) I bought this faux fur white rug, and gorgeous hanging paper decorations, they were only £4.00 each and I love them!
Look at this sea of rainbow tulips I spotted whilst wandering around in ‘The Shambles’ market in York. I could’t resist buying a lilac bouquet for myself.
